Blink 182: Pit tickets or VIP?
Okay, well i am 16 and I might be able to go to the Blink 182 concert at the Woodlands Pavilion. I'm having trouble finding pit tickets, so I was wondering how great the VIP tickets were. Do you get to go backstage or something.....or get autographs? Also what do you do in the VIP lounge?
But I would really like to get up close with the Pit tickets, but I'm not sure if it gets to rough in it. Also the pit is cheaper then the VIP.
So tell me what you think, should I go for VIP or stick with Pit (if I can find any)??
VIP is, what I think a waste of money. The term is misleading. You do not get backstage access, there are hundreds of VIP tickets sold and there's no way that many people would be allowed. What they include is, a box seating, with usually direct service AKA someone goes and gets food for you. You are far away from the stage, separated by a box. VIP pit tickets basically just include a cool t-shirt and laminate. Not really worth it in my opinion. Pits are okay if you like being drenched in other peoples' sweat, crowd-surfers, moshing, and LOTS of standing.
