Is it really worth taking a trip to Disneyland or would the kids have more fun at Great Wolf Lodge?
I'm not sure yet, Disneyland sounds fun for the kids and I would like them to see all the charaters, but at the same time they love to swim and I really like the wolf envoroment? Which is a better 'fun' deal for the money. Thanks.
Disneyland is a MAGICAL place for children of all ages, and no matter how old or how young your children are, they will love Disneyland and you will as well. Disneyland will definately cost you more than Great Wolf Lodge, however for many families it is a once in a lifetime opportunity to get a chance to visit Disneyland. It is a fantastic place filled with magic and fun. From the minute you walk thru the park entrance, you are taken away from the outer world and transported to a world of fun, magic, and dreams that is difficult to describe to anyone who has never experienced it for themselves.
When deciding which place is right for your family, you need to think about the ages of your children. You said that your children like to swim, so think about this, is swimming something that they get to do frequently, if so, then is going somewhere to do more swimming really a vacation for them? Also, if you are going to Disneyland, they will be able to swim at the hotel. If you really don't want to go to Disneyland, if your kids are not fans of Disney characters or movies (what child isn't), then you should take your family to Great Wolf Lodge. If you have the opportunity to go to Disneyland, you should take advantage of it, it's an opportunity and experience that your children (if they are over the age of about 3) will remember for the rest of their lives.
